It was the first time I had to pay with debit/credit for a unit. It was all done over the phone and I was nervous at first but completed the transaction. The staff member was very professional and explained everything out in detail. If you go to this facility be careful taking a trailer thats 17ft or larger, there is some tight corners you will need to maneuver.
