I was out of state at the time. I didn't realize I had this unit because I lost the other one and had forgotten about this one. I would have never bid on a unit and go out of town. This was all my fault. The staff was great in explaining what to do next because I was really concerned about losing my status with Lockerfox. I really enjoy doing the units. This is a hobby for me and my helper guys.
