I recently won an auction at 106 self storage in Plympton, Mass. I went to the facility within a few hours and paid. The staff couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. The unit was unlocked and I was given very clear and concise information about hours open, etc. so I could access the unit in the next 48hrs. I dealt with 2 staff that were both very personable and helpful. I emptied the unit and swept it out. Everything went smoothly and I'd purchase another unit at this facility in the future. Mark D.
