My experience with the facility was great! Gwen contacted me in a timely manner, her instructions were easy to follow, and she followed up to see how I was doing or if I had any questions. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit and I hope to work with them again soon.

Meeting office personnel was easy. No problems with pick up. Overall a very smooth process. Nice units BTW

Nice people
We were to pick up the unit last Friday, but a severe storm came in. She said she would meet me Saturday AM but it was sub zero and they are not open on Saturdays. We went today and they shoveled out and cut the Lock off as it had frozen. Easy to deal with. Nice people. If they just had hours on the weekend when I am not working.
