This was my husband and I’s first experience with buying a storage unit in an auction. The experience with this particular storage business was excellent. The lady at the front desk was very informative and went over the whole process with me just to make sure I understood the guidelines. We had 48 hours to clean out the unit and it was a quick in & out process. No waiting around to get the cleaning deposit back or anything of that nature. The site was very clean & taken care of! Definitely a good experience for sure.
